The professional Conference Management System will handle for you, like the organization of an event, all Information that are needed to manage your Event including additional Documents to download from every Page.

    1. To receive Summaries, Abstracts
    2. Send out all Information by email of their paper to the potential speaker in your Event (Abstract/Paper received, and former statuses of their papers)
    3. To manage the Abstracts by you or your and/or reviewer and give the Information (additionally by email) and the results back to the former speaker (received, pending, accepted, accepted as a Poster)
    4. To manage accepted Pagers by you or your and/or reviewer including reversion comments (accepted, revision needed)
    5. Listings of all Papers with (title, name, address, email, etc)
  4. Registration of potential speakers and participants of your Event
    1. Send out the Registration conferment by email
    2. Send out a reminder to your Event x days before the Event will start
  5. Fee of your Event will organized by a Fee Management System
    1. n different positions of fees are possible
    2. Send out the Registration conferment and your prepared bills by email
    3. Listings of all registered Participants of your Event with name, address, etc. and their orders
  6. Venue of your Event, Hotels, Tourism, etc
  7. Contact by direct email to the responsible Person of your Event
